    Thumbs up!!

I ordered the M1 hardtail specifically for Leadville100 in August as I was looking for a light weight 29er and this fit the bill in both build quality and price! It arrived on time, the boxing was top notch and overall the bike is awesome! I recommend it for new, as well as experienced riders, looking to add a great bike to their collection.

A Gravel Bike for the MTBers

I wanted something different from my mid travel 29er full suspension bike. Something that was fast and responsive and could do it all. Something like a gravel bike, but more capable. The Viathon M.1 has definitely met what I was looking for, this bike is made for speed but also has a geometry with the 120 mm suspension that handles down hills very well. Adding a dropper post makes this a very capable do it all mountain bike that climbs like no other. Give it one push and you have a smile on your face with how efficient the energy is transferred to the trail. The carbon frame and geometry eats up little bumps very well. I have been very happy with the Stans wheels set up tubeless. This is a rare bike where the stock components don't feel like they went cheap. Every component is a level or two above what you would expect at this price point. They even throw in the torque wrench, tubeless valves, and carbon paste... and they didn't even skimp on the packaging... I have never seen a bike boxed this well. This bike has exceeded my expectations, very fun and capable bike. A gravel bike for the MTBers out there who want to get more rowdy.

    Great Race-able Bike

My experience has been great purchasing this bike through Viathon. I had some questions about sizing and the customer support promptly answered all my questions. They even assured me that if I got the sizing wrong, they would be more then happy to get the right size to me. I ordered the bike and it arrived in about 2 days in California. The bike came mostly assembled and took me a little less then an hour to put together. The bike went together smoothly which mainly consisted of attaching the handle bar, seat post, and wheels. The tires came mounted with tubes which I ended up remounting to tubeless as the included wheels and tires were tubeless compatible (Tubeless Valve Stem included). The bike rides great it feels super-light which gave me the confidence to enter a mountain bike race where I ended up doing better then I though I would and got first in my age group.

    Great Service

I had an issue with my original order but it was taken care of promptly and with no additional cost to me. Always a quick response when calling with a question or concern. Haven't ridden bike too much but it is as expected. A great deal! Technically I would have appreciated a quick release on the seat tube. Was surprised it didn't come with one. Also a fourth frame size expanding the size range would have helped fit my larger body better. I would also be interested in seeing them make a dual suspension bike.

    Great bike fluctuating pricing

The bike has been great and assembly went pretty well. Installing a dropper seatpost after market was pretty difficult as the internal routing was finicky. The price on the bike also dropped a couple weeks after I purchased it by about $300. I contacted customer support to see if they could do anything for me and they never responded.
